Why should you join The Logo Design Dot Net network? If you're a graphic designer, especially one that specializes in logos, you might find it difficult to market your services on the web, despite your superior skills. The search engines are cluttered with logo design websites, and ranking in search engine results can be a daunting task. Established logo design firms have already dominated the results (the top ten results in Google feature sites that are all owned by five companies) and the resultant competition has reduced the industry to a 'flea market' of disengnous pitches that cannot by accomplished without sacrificing design integrity.
Logo Design Dot Net attempts to level the playing field and can help you market your skills via our premium network listings or free directory. We envision LDN as a premier design resource - especially when it comes to the development of company logos - and we'd like you to join us. As a member of the LDN Network we'll send you interested design clients - set your own pricing, negotiate your own terms. Unlike many so-called design directories, LDN doesn't exist to inflate SEO rankings, but to send qualified potential clients your way.
Note: The LDN site is currently in BETA development. During this period, we are offering free listings in our Network to approved freelance designers specializing in logos.
Logopalooza 1 & 2 were free e-books created by our parent company The Logo Factory (Logopalooza 2 is currently available as a free download). We're currently working on Logopalooza 3 which will be 'debranded' and open to submissions from designers and graphic design firms featured in the LDN Network. Your selected logos will be featured with your name or that of your firm, complete with website and contact information. The original Logopalooza was a hit with art directors, designers and potential clients and was downloaded almost 40,000 times during it's run. Logopalooza 2 is shaping up to be even bigger. To find out how Logopalooza 3 can help you promote your design practise, see here for more information.
