Describe who/what this design is about

Logo name: True North Fellowship - we would like ocean blue to be the primary color along with either black or white. we would like the logo to contain a Christian cross and a compass (directional instrument) somehow together with the name of our church. We would like a logo that incorporates a Christian cross as well as a compass and a globe. We want a compass since true north has to do with direction. To design an all-in-one logo for our church. We would like to use one logo for all of our digital and print advertising.
