Another thing is to drop the background and make the R and 1 outlined, so it becomes two strokes

Let's try this without the arrow inside the "R".
One version just without and one where we replace the arrow with a hexagon

I like this one.
What we are missing now is layering of the geometric shapes.
Let's try the following:
* Remove the white "1"
* Use geometric shapes to create the "1" on the left side
* The "1" and "R" should be overlayed
* For colors, use our main color only but with different opacity

The logo/icon is too simple.
Can we make the "1R" a part of the hexagon made in geometric shapes.
You shuold be able to see the "1R" but not to obviously. Their geometric shapes should be constructing the hexagon.

This could be starting to go in the right direction.
Maybe a "1R" that are inside the hexagon, but as where the number and letter are a part of the hexagon shape made with some geometric shapes.
The "1R" do not have to be too "obvious". You should be able to see that they are part of the shape, but "intertwined"

I still see some proposed logos that aren't following the style of geometric shapes/Layering.

I like the ones that have aevenly sized logo/icon as it can be used as an icon in my system if needed.
